
Marketing Event Coordinator

As a member of our international team, you will be involved in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and major regional industry conferences.
- Support the coordination of event logistics, branding, speaker preparation, promotions, and post-event content.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Research and identify event opportunities across regions for speaking, sponsorship, and networking prospects.
- Coordinate event details, including invitations, promotional posts, and recaps.
- Content Creation & Coordination:
- Develop engaging organic social media content focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones.
- Collaborate with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content, such as interviews, quotes, and article support.
- Ongoing Marketing Support:
- Assist in preparing and updating sales and product marketing materials like one-pagers, pitch decks, and visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and marketing assets.
- Campaign & Competitor Insights:
- Conduct competitor research to track trends, messaging, and positioning.
- Help monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and data.

- Able to analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
