Software Development Professional

The ideal candidate will work on Infor's HR Talent application, implementing code, analyzing issues, and participating in daily scrum meetings.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience related to software development and knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language are preferred.
  • Experienced candidates should have 1–2 years of programming experience (Java or any OOP language).
  • Developing new programs or large feature enhancements, maintenance, and database design/structure changes are essential skills.
  • Completed training or coursework in any Object-Oriented Programming language is beneficial.
  • The ability to develop and interpret technical plans or designs is crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and PC skills are necessary.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are vital.
  • Willingsness to learn and work with a proprietary programming language is essential.

About the Role:

  • This role involves performing design, implementation, and maintenance of products while complying with SDLC processes and coding standards.
  • System administration and performance troubleshooting in development and customer environments are key responsibilities.
  • Product release support and maintenance and enhancement of existing product modules are also involved.
  • Preparing program documentation of product components and ensuring products conform to design or usability requirements are important tasks.
  • Conducting peer review, impact analysis of code changes, root cause analysis, and other standard processes in the SDLC are essential duties.
