We are seeking a Reception and Intake Specialist to support our law firm in providing exceptional client service.
This is a NIGHT SHIFT role that requires the ability to manage requests, inquiries, and support of client and prospect needs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, accountable, compassionate, and growth-oriented.
Job Description- Daily Client Support: Manage client requests, respond to emails, resolve issues, and update CRM systems.
- Respond to incoming messages within 1 business day.
- New Client Intake: Gather information via phone and complete intake forms; schedule non-attorney meetings or refer to another firm.
- 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- 2 years of working night shifts.
- Demonstrates learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
- Work from Home.
- 10 Days Paid Time Off Annual.
- 14 Paid US Holidays.
The Reception and Intake Specialist will act as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and others in the community. Our team works closely with attorneys to ensure expectations are clear, work is on track, and there are no surprises.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
