About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an E-commerce Operations Coordinator. As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hub, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong logistics and coordination skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

  • You will assist in coordinating daily hub activities, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • You will collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations.
  • You will contribute to the development of hub reports and dashboards, analyzing data to inform process improvements.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 2 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Continuous learning mindset; able to adapt to new processes and technologies
