- Communication with Customers: Clearly convey technical information to non-technical customers.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate records of technical activities and share knowledge within the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 3 years.
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations.
- Amenable to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
