Software Design and Development Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled software design and development leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex application designs, programs, interfaces, and related facilities according to approved business specifications and regulatory standards.

  • You will collaborate with the business analyst to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements definition.
  • Responsible for designing technical solutions to specific sets of business requirements within the framework defined by the enterprise architecture.
  • Documents system design and program specifications in technical design documents.
  • Writes complex programs and codes based on approved technical designs.
  • Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure programs perform as designed at the unit level.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in systems design, programming, and/or systems software and support.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading teams.
  • Technical skills: Mulesoft development, API development.
  • Programming languages: Java, PL/SQL, Linux.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and other modern approaches to software development.
