We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to help drive business growth and success.

  • You will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close, and maintaining and reconciling the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • You will perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • You will prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making, monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning.
  • You will assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights, ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable).
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
