Job Description

GlobexPeople is looking for a highly motivated IT Service Desk Analyst-L1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-5 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and web, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires working shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on providing bilingual support in English and Russian/Thai.
