Business Analysis Opportunity

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned business analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and experience working in Agile environments. They will also be familiar with business analysis concepts, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.

As a business analyst on our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and continuously learn and grow within our dynamic organization.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
  • Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is required; Insurtech or health insurance experience preferred
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
  • Business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Technical writing skills are a plus
