Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead efforts in building and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering quality and improve productivity.
  • The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in building and delivering IT solutions, excellent understanding of design principles, and experience working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software applications using cloud infrastructure and technology stacks such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Drive engineering quality, improve productivity, and bring observability and reliability to owned systems.
  • Mentor and strengthen the team by improving the ability to deliver high-quality work and keeping the high bar of the craft.
  • Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in building and delivering IT solutions or application development.
  • Demonstrated excellent understanding of Design Principles.
  • Experience with Agile teams, financial services domain, and security needs is a plus.
