Maximizing Software Quality Through Proactive Leadership

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for spearheading quality assurance strategies across teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of web and software products.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement testing plans and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality.
  2. Lead the QA Automation team in defining and implementing automated testing strategies using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  3. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions.
  4. Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of source control management, such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency in writing automated tests using Robot Framework.
  • Familiarity with testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
