About the Opportunity:

This role plays a pivotal part in streamlining the procure to pay process, ensuring seamless execution of contracts, and fostering robust supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include setting up new suppliers, managing contracts, and implementing effective operational practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate efficient contracting processes, issue approved documentation for signature, and ensure timely returns and uploads within Coupa.
  • Maintain precise contract details in Coupa, including start dates, alerts for notice periods, and auto-renewal reminders.
  • Conduct thorough financial risk assessments on suppliers using Dun and Bradstreet.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier information, capturing key details in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently manage PO-exempt supplier lists, notify relevant parties, and resolve issues with stuck POs in Coupa.
  • Provide insightful management information and reporting on pending renewals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to guide procurement policies and Coupa usage.
  • Effectively communicate Procurement Ops updates through internal channels.
  • Produce and distribute essential exception reports.
  • Resolve complex supplier and process queries via Freshservice.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accountancy or equivalent courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Procure to Pay, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Source to Pay (S2P) platforms, preferably Coupa, with in-depth knowledge of core functionalities and modules.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of procurement operations processes, including contracting, query management, supplier enablement, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Global and Local business units, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reporting and query management.
  • Highly organized, managing workload according to timelines and priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in scope, direction, and/or timelines.
  • Strong administrative skills, adhering to and enforcing processes.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google.
