As a Freight Broker, you will help us connect shippers with reliable carriers while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Identify and onboard new clients in need of freight transportation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipment issues and offering solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, fuel costs, and transportation regulations.
• Manage load documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to streamline operations and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in freight brokering, logistics sales, or a related role.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of freight regulations, carrier networks, and supply chain processes.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with TMS, CRM tools, and load boards.
• Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

• Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to be assigned in any shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.

• Salary: Up to $700
