Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic financial plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability of assigned categories.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans that meet or exceed annual targets.
  • Report and analyze data using advanced tools such as NetSuite and Excel.
  • Forecast sales and profitability for assigned products, incorporating current market conditions and historical sales performance.
Main Responsibilities
  • Pull and refresh daily sales reporting used by cross-functional teams.
  • Support weekly sales and financial data validation across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Update weekly and monthly financial reports for the Leadership Team.
  • Compile daily attribute data changes for the Merch Planning team and communicate with Master Data Analyst.
  • Submit attribute data changes based on notifications from cross-functional teams or specific metrics criteria.
Requirements
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Toolio experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in planning, financial analysis, and inventory management.
