Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Technical Support Specialist role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support for clients using multifunction printers and copiers.
  • Deliver excellent customer care and troubleshooting services via phone, email, or chat.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound support calls and gather essential information from clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues with printers and copiers, including paper jams, print streaks, and driver problems.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps or remotely access systems to resolve problems.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer drivers, address network configuration issues, and escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of direct technical support experience working with multifunction printers and copiers.
  • Strong knowledge of printers, copiers, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc., to access and configure customer systems securely.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately.
