Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to provide prompt customer and permit support.

The role involves coordinating with engineering partners, generating site layout options, and ensuring complete and accurate agency submittals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in the related field; bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of drafting experience or equivalent.
  • Residential construction or home remodeling drafting experience required.
  • Familiarity with building codes and permitting standards in WA and OR preferred.
  • Ability to conduct internet research and familiarity with local GIS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
