This Luxury Brand Evaluator opportunity allows you to enter the world of luxury, where you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. Your insights will play a significant role in shaping the future of luxury experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Choose from a variety of assignments to align with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your own home.
  • Observe carefully by visiting boutiques, checking ambience, experiencing luxury automotive showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback using our platform to share observations through questionnaires.
About This Opportunity

This is a freelance, project-based position that offers flexible working hours. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will have frequent opportunities to perform missions per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passionate about improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of shopping experience.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and prompt in filling out online surveys.
