Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with healthcare expertise to provide exceptional support in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital, school, clinic, or similar environment.

  • Patient Interaction: Provide excellent service by answering inquiries about healthcare services and appointments.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between the patient and healthcare team to address concerns or problems.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and inquiries.
  • Patient Education: Provide basic healthcare information.

To succeed, you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy in patient interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with an active license.
  • At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital or as a nurse.
