Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in labor laws and company policy compliance, as well as experience in employee performance management and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labor Relations:
  • Coordinate with the legal department for SENAs or DOLE complaints and attend hearings
  • Ensure DOLE compliance of the company
  • Assist DOLE personnel during office inspections
  • Provide assistance to the immediate head and legal officer in handling employee cases and offenses
  • Update/process DOLE status reports
  • Monitor updated labor laws/issuances

Employee Performance Management:

  • Facilitate the performance review cycle – regularization and annual performance review
  • Provide guidance and support to people leaders and employees on performance expectations, goals, and appraisal procedures
  • Drive utilization of performance management tools (Darwinbox)

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and tasks of the company

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years relevant work experience in employee/labor relations
