Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve employee relation issues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training and development strategies, aligning with company values and policies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Experience managing employee relations issues, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
