Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bill Preparation entails data sourcing, accurate entry, and timely submission in the system (Goods and Services)
  • Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices/billing are crucial to client satisfaction
  • Billing documents are printed and sent to clients upon approval
  • Account targets must be met within assigned accounts
  • Team collaboration and assistance are essential
  • Billing disputes, questions, and reconciliation with internal and external clients require effective communication and coordination management
  • Continuous Process Improvement Projects drive growth and efficiency
Administrative Tasks:
  • Support Collection team members with account concerns and documentation requirements

Background and Qualifications

  • Average skill level in Excel and Google Sheet
