Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in fire alarm systems, and the ability to diagnose technical issues remotely to determine the most effective course of action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding fire alarm-related matters
  • Ensure timely responses to off-hours answering service calls, guaranteeing emergency service needs are met
  • Schedule service visits based on priority and availability
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians efficiently
  • Provide customers with timely notifications and updates on service status
  • Determine whether a technician needs to be dispatched for remote issue assessment and resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in fire alarm systems and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to analyze issues remotely and provide effective solutions
  • Experience in coordinating technicians and managing service schedules
  • Familiarity with fire alarm industry regulations and compliance standards
