Job Overview

This role is designed to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity. As an Inbound Contact Center Practitioner, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to outstanding payments, order releases, and other issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments, or order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
  • Support sales in order fulfillment related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer master data, cash applications, dispute resolution) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Meet or exceed monthly service level agreements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have experience in collections or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B inbound environment.
