Job Overview

Role Description:

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the founder, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation: Develop and maintain workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Outbound Operations: Manage ICPs, sequences, call lists/scripts, and deliverability to achieve optimal results.
  • Meetings: Coordinate scheduling, send pre-call packs, and update pipelines/notes/tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Transcription: Ensure 100% coverage with transcription tools; quality assurance and routing by brand.
  • Social Operations: Create a rolling content calendar, schedule posts, engage daily, sync leads, and report monthly to drive social media success.
  • AI Support: Draft summaries, follow-ups, objection handling, and snippet libraries to provide exceptional support.
  • Reporting: Produce a weekly dashboard covering meetings, pipeline, deliverability, and automation health to inform decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience with Apollo, GHL, SimpleTalk (or similar), Outlook, Fathom/Plaud, SharePoint/Drive.
  • Zapier/Make/Power Automate; strong English and SOP documentation.
  • LinkedIn company & founder page operations.
  • Nice-to-Have: Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), Canva/Capcut, Apps Script/Python.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
