**Job Title:** Content Production Specialist

Description

As a Content Production Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging video content and graphics for our social media channels. You will be responsible for editing high-quality videos, designing visual elements, and collaborating with the creative team to develop a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (30-60 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, balancing quick-turnaround edits and more advanced edits requiring storytelling and creative effects.
  • Graphic Design: Create branded graphics, memes, and Instagram story visuals that align with campaign messaging using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Creative Collaboration: Participate in weekly social media brainstorming sessions to pitch and refine video ideas, work closely with the creative team managers, and contribute to the overall creative strategy by analyzing social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Project Organization: Maintain structured organization of all video, audio, and design files in Google Drive, tag and categorize content for easy access across teams, and track deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • AI Integration: Use ChatGPT to generate meme ideas, captions, and creative prompts for content development, experiment with AI design tools like MidJourney and Google Veo 3 for advanced visuals, and stay ahead of emerging tools to suggest new efficiencies and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro required)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva + Illustrator preferred)
  • Proactive, energetic, and collaborative personality with good communication
  • Receptive to feedback and able to work well in a team
  • Social media fluency and strong sense of current viral trends
