Retail Sales Associate

Ace Hardware Philippines Inc. is a leading retailer of home improvement and hardware products.

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SM City Davao store.

1. Welcome and assist customers in providing a high level of customer service.
2. Help customers find products and provide knowledgeable answers to their questions about goods.
3. Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring a neat environment.
4. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention measures to safeguard company assets.
5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
