At WHR Global Consulting, we are on the lookout for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Retail Sales Expert in our esteemed client's store located in Davao.

This is a direct hiring opportunity with regular employment status. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • College Level Education
  • Prior sales or retail sales experience
  • Confident and charismatic personality
  • Excellent English communication skills

We are looking for someone who can provide top-notch customer service by executing seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization, and ensuring after-sales services meet our consumer-centric principles. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, and offer guidance to assist with product discovery
  • Educate adults about e-cigarette products, conduct guided trials, and perform purchase transactions with ease
  • Provide exceptional customer service by diagnosing products, handling returns, and replacements in line with company principles

The work deployment is at SM/AYALA MALLS in Davao, with rotational shift L Mall hours. We offer competitive benefits, including:
