Job Title: Interior Design Auditor

Are you an experienced auditor looking to leverage your skills in the design and project management space? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy and consistency in furniture specifications?

  • As an Interior Design Auditor, you will play a vital role in reviewing and validating furniture specifications to ensure they meet client standards. This includes reviewing floor plans, elevations, renderings, finish legends, and manufacturer quotes.
  • You will also be responsible for confirming product part numbers, finishes/finish codes, and pricing are consistent across all documentation, as well as identifying discrepancies or missing information and collaborating with project team members to resolve these issues effectively.
  • With strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial furniture dealership or similar contract furniture environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with major commercial furniture manufacturers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Adobe (or similar PDF software) is essential, with the ability to make edits and comments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as is the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience in project coordination or order entry are additional advantages.
