Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development and Review:
  • Prepare and review finance policies and procedures to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Communication and Advice:
  • Deliver timely written communications to stakeholders on policy-related matters.
  • Develop a communication framework to facilitate effective policy dissemination.
  • Facilitate discussions and resolve debates on a timely basis to achieve consensus.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Exceptional written and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
