Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to provide high-level support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating executive meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including calendar updates, meeting minutes, and report preparation.
  3. Serve as a liaison between departments and external agencies, communicating effectively on behalf of the CEO.
  4. Develop and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
  5. Assist with special projects and events, providing exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an executive environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently, with professional appearance and demeanor.
