Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will coordinate office activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with experience in scheduling appointments, managing calls, emails, and correspondence, and assisting with document drafting and proofreading.
You will also be responsible for arranging meetings, conferences, and travel, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes, and organizing files and safeguarding confidential information. Additionally, you will keep the office organized, manage supplies, equipment, and expenses, and oversee staff if needed.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, is essential.
You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
