We are seeking an experienced Leasing and Expansion Manager to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing store development strategies, implementing store openings, and promoting the opening of stores to hand over to the sales department.

About the Role">

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably as a Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Create and execute store development strategies/plans in line with business strategies/plans.
  • Implement store openings based on store development standards and develop and sustain a highly profitable store network.
  • Share FR business growth potential and vision with developers and landlords to sustain good relationships leading to future store development opportunities.
  • Promote the opening of the stores and hand over to the sales department (negotiating on the dates of handover and store openings, managing the whole process).
Requirements">
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
  • Passionate about the Uniqlo brand and has high goal orientation.
