As an expert in email solutions, you will be responsible for providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.
  • Providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshooting email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educating customers on email compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Creating and managing visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or other collaborative tools.
  • Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitoring email performance metrics and recommending strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Creating, presenting, and discussing email marketing campaign reports with clients in a 30-minute focused meeting on a monthly basis.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience with email analytics tools, monitoring platforms, HTML/CSS, API integrations, and Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

To excel in this position, you should have a stable internet connection, a computer with at least 16 GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor, noise-cancelling headset, power backup, dual monitor, and camera.
