Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to clients across various Microsoft platforms, including Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace.

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
