- Design and execute digital customer engagement strategies, leveraging product health checks and timely interventions.">
- Engage customers with low product adoption, identifying value-add use cases and providing expert advice.">
- Analyze and resolve issues related to functionality and logic, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs.">
- Serve as an internal technical post-sales resource for our Sales Team, providing insights and recommendations.">
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in a technical field.">
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills, with ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.">
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft365 architecture, and AvePoint Online Services (AOS) components.">
- Familiarity with networking technologies, data governance, and compliance.">
