The Role:

  • This is a high-impact position that will drive the company's growth and success by fostering strong client relationships and developing effective advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients, highlighting the value of our services in meeting their advertising needs.
  • Present customized campaign ideas and proposals to clients, clearly communicating the benefits and costs of each option.
  • Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are satisfactory.
  • Monitor and report on campaign progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project execution and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to build rapport with clients and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel as required.
  • Previous experience in advertising or digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
