The role of Financial Planning Analyst is a dynamic position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional financial planning and analysis skills. This position is responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, as well as providing regular financial reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and implementation of monthly budgets, as well as track variances and provide recommendations for adjustments.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of concern.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.

The following qualifications are required:

  • Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a financial planning and analysis role.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks.
