Job Title:

Pricing Strategist

The Pricing Strategist will develop and implement pricing strategies for the Retail department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions and optimize profitability.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated across all channels.

Performance monitoring and evaluation of pricing initiatives will provide regular reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Accurate maintenance of pricing databases and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements are also critical components of this role.

Additionally, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation will enhance pricing efficiency.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using Excel and pricing software tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic environment are essential for success in this position.
