Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Monitoring and Incident SRE to safeguard system uptime. As an Observability & Reliability DevOps Engineer, you'll take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.

You'll design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime. Your role will be at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems
  • Develop incident response processes and lead during critical incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability across the platform
RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz)
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash)
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes
Soft Skills
  • Clear communicator under pressure, especially during incident calls
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across dev, infra, and ops
