Job Overview

The Creative Production Manager is a key role in leading the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our department.

This position requires a highly skilled and creative individual who can manage complex projects, coordinate creative teams, and ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • A passion for history and education is highly desirable.
