Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned improvement professional to spearhead the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across the site, focusing on driving improvements in key factory metrics such as Safety, Quality, Output Reliability and OEE.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial engineering and experience in supply chain operations. They will be responsible for supporting the development of autonomous maintenance kaizens, CILT calendar drafting and execution.

Key qualifications include a graduate degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or industrial engineering, at least one year of relevant experience, excellent technical understanding and analysis skills, influencing skills and a proven track record of analytical thinking and project management.

As an improvement engineer, you will lead time-studies required for Kaizen implementation, operate new digital tools on-site for FI implementation and support waste stream mapping and implement FI projects for waste reduction.

Responsibilities will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to drive results.
