Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert in quality assurance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing principles, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Develop effective test strategies that take into account product risks and customer needs
  • Prioritize testing efforts logically and consistently based on risk and user impact

This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans that ensure high-quality releases
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to drive project success

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques
  • Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue trackers, and test case management tools

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with test automation and scripting for API/UI testing
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools
  • Exposure to cloud environments and testing in distributed systems
