Job Overview

The primary function of a Revit Modeler involves coordinating and reviewing drawings in alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and review drawings to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Notify the team lead of any delays or scope changes.
  • Ensure drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards.
  • Release technical queries daily and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and conference calls as needed.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma, with 8–10+ years of experience.
  • Skilled in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficient in Revit, with additional experience in tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and intuition.
  • Project experience includes water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures with typical detailing.
