Job Opportunity:

Visual Content Creator

The Visual Content Creator is responsible for designing visual materials for various brands. This involves creating decks, look books, mock-ups, and proofs, as well as recreating logos and artwork for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and save the designs as PDFs.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality visual content that meets client expectations.
  • Work on applications like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for proofing products and providing accurate details.
  • Provide unlimited revisions for client satisfaction, making changes such as logo replacements, size adjustments, color changes, and adding/removing items.
  • Manage client files (.AI & .PDF) in a cloud-based storage system for easy access.
  • Track the number of proofs per day using a web-based tracker.

Requirements:

  • A creative eye and ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive approach in a busy working environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
  • EP score - we need someone with a deeper understanding.
  • Access to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and an art portfolio from previous/current clients are preferred.
  • Candidates must complete assessments focused on creating/fulfilling sample requests from the client.
