Compliance leaders are sought after by forward-thinking businesses to drive culture and risk awareness globally. We are looking for a Compliance Officer to champion our regulatory adherence and continuously improve policies, training, and processes.

Job Description

The Lead Compliance Officer will be responsible for scaling regulatory compliance across global operations, using technology to enhance the effectiveness of our policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving high-risk client assessments, managing screening alerts in a timely manner, conducting quality reviews, and investigating potential issues.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer is required. The ideal candidate should be located in Singapore or able to relocate.

Our flexible work arrangements include working from home 3 days a week in Singapore or fully remote otherwise; option to work fully remote from anywhere in the world for 1 month each year. Remote options may vary by location.
