The Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to government regulations, permits, licenses, and legal requirements for construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with local, national, and industry regulations related to construction, real estate development, and business operations.
  • Obtain and secure necessary permits, licenses, and clearances from regulatory bodies for construction and real estate projects.
  • Monitor and track permit expirations to ensure timely renewals, preventing penalties or project delays.
  • Serve as liaison between regulatory bodies, government offices, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance audits and inspections.
  • Stay updated on new laws, policies, and regulations affecting the construction and real estate industries.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compliance, permitting, or regulatory affairs within the construction or real estate industry is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government permitting processes, regulatory agencies, and industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in interacting with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple compliance requirements effectively.
