Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Corrigo Platform Technician. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of the Corrigo Platform to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, implement, and optimize the Corrigo Platform to new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the deployment project lead to ensure successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Corrigo Platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
  • 2-5 years' experience in helpdesk service delivery.
