Job Description:

The Corrigo Deployment Specialist is responsible for the deployment, implementation, and optimization of the Corrigo Platform to new and existing clients. This role works hand in hand with the deployment project lead to successfully deploy the Corrigo platform from initial engagement through to post go-live stabilization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
  • Perform data collection and system configuration tasks in Corrigo account instances.
  • Co-ordinate multiple stakeholders on above data and configuration tasks, working to tight deadlines.
  • Perform product demonstrations for staff and clients.
  • Provide troubleshooting throughout the deployment period on system and business process issues.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good experience in Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management.
  • Sound planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and drive to meet tight deadlines.
  • Result Oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in resolving issues and identifying new opportunities.
