Responsibilities

The Client Service API Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Showcasing best practice for S&P Global Commodity Insights API support model
  • Partnering with colleagues from Commercial, Product, and Technology teams
  • Triage requests from clients and provide support for items within the API Team's scope
  • Troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues and outages
  • Liaising with Technology teams for resolution and facilitating and managing client communications
