Job Summary
WHR Global Consulting seeks an accomplished Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the overall planning, delivery, and execution of origin and destination processes in Global Business Services – Philippines. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including team management, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

  • Operations Leadership
    This position requires a leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaboration and Partnership
    The Supply Chain Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements.
  • Process Excellence
    The successful candidate will develop and maintain deep process knowledge, driving continuous improvements and process standardization across the organization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    Lead and manage a team of supervisors, analysts, and document representatives to achieve operational excellence and meet business requirements.
  • Process Development
    Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with the Operational Excellence Team to drive continuous enhancements.
  • Performance Management
    Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proven track record of success in a shared services environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of import and export procedures, as well as other supply chain disciplines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 50 members.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
